Be our Guest(y): How to successfully build a hospitality brand catered to newly emerged personas

As safety and minimal human contact remain a high priority amidst Covid-19—specifically for families searching for kid-friendly accommodations suitable for unvaccinated children—short-term vacation rentals have quickly become the new norm. In response, we invited leading short-term rental hospitality brands for an online event to share insights property managers need to better prepare their vacation rentals for what is shaping up to be an exceptional holiday season.

During the event, Guesty’s own Director of Customer Success for EMEA, Matthew Olarsch, was joined by Daniel Perry, Owner & Marketing Manager of BookStayHop and Georgia Whalen, Founder & Co-Owner of Casita, to discuss the latest data on holiday bookings and travel trends. Our panel also gave insider tips as to how some of the best in the field are marketing, branding, and attracting new audiences by harnessing innovative technologies and executing proven strategies.

We rounded off the event with a panel discussion and an interactive Q&A session featuring questions submitted by our audience.
