Welcome to Guesty Premium Channels!
By integrating into Guesty Premium Channels (“Premium Channels”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
1. Connection to a Premium Channel
1.1. Upon establishing a connection with a Premium Channel, the Customer will have the ability to select the channel connection for each listing. Subsequently, the Guesty Platform will proceed to connect the relevant listings and associated guest data from the Customer’s Guesty account to the respective Premium Channel.
1.2. The activation of the integration to the Premium Channel and compliance with all relevant processes pertaining to the Premium Channel is the sole responsibility of the Customer. Guesty shall not be held responsible or liable for any policy violations or non-compliance by the Customer with regard to any of the Premium Channels.
1.3. Guesty shall not be held responsible and assumes no liability for any loss of data, reservations, or revenue resulting from failures or issues that fall under the responsibility of the Premium Channel or due to the Customer’s failure to keep its connection to the Premium Channel. Any such losses or impacts are beyond the scope of Guesty’s responsibility.
1.4. Guesty does not assume any liability for issues that may arise within the Customer’s connection to a Premium Channel. This includes but is not limited to, situations such as a low response rate or the account being locked out. The Customer is solely responsible for managing their account and addressing any related challenges or difficulties that may occur with respect to any Premium Channels.
2. Pricing and Payment.
2.1. The fee for the integration into Guesty’s Premium Channels will be calculated according to the following pricing plan:

| 1-50 | $4 per listing per month | $6 per listing per month |
| 51-100 | 25% off | |
| 101-250 | 40% off | |
| 251+ | 50% off |
“Connected Listing” – a listing that meets the channel’s requirements and appears in Guesty’s channel dashboard with the status ‘Live on channel’
2.2. The fee will be charged once the listing is connected to a Premium Channel and will apply for as long as the listing remains connected to a Premium Channel, on a prorated basis.
2.3. Guesty may increase the fees at any time, at its sole discretion.
2.4. Fees are displayed in USD by default. If a Customer selects a different currency, different usage fees may apply.
3. Other terms.
3.1. Guesty may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued integration to a Premium Channel after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3.2. These Terms are final and shall prevail any previous agreements between Guesty and the Customer, regardless of whether they were communicated verbally or in writing.
3.3. Guesty’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and AI Use Policy are incorporated into and supplement these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Terms of Service, these Terms will prevail.
