Guesty AI Package Promotion – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Guesty AI Package promotional offer (the “Promotion”), which is available to eligible customers (“Participant(s)”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Introduction
    1. The Promotion is subject to Guesty’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Use Policy, the Guesty AI Agents Hub Terms & Conditions, and the Participant’s agreement with Guesty (the “Agreement”), all of which are incorporated into these Terms.
    2. In these Terms, “Guesty AI Package” means the following Guesty features: (i) AI Agents Hub; (ii) Guesty Price Optimizer; and (iii) Auto Reply.
  2. Eligibility
    1. The Promotion is exclusively available to new Guesty customers who purchase the Guesty AI Package for Guesty Pro during the period from November 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026, subject to Guesty’s approval. To qualify for this Promotion, the Agreement must be fully executed (signed by both parties) by November 30, 2026.
  3. Promotion Details
    1. Eligible Participants will receive a fifty percent (50%) discount on the Guesty AI Package fees for the Initial Term, as calculated under the pricing grid in the AI Agents Hub Terms & Conditions (the “Special Offer”).
    2. The Special Offer applies to the Guesty AI Package only. It does not apply to Guesty property management software (PMS) fees, onboarding fees, other add-ons, payment processing fees, or any third-party fees or charges.
    3. At the end of the Initial Term, the Guesty AI Package will renew at Guesty’s then-current standard fees.
    4. If the Participant cancels or removes any feature from the Guesty AI Package, or terminates the Agreement, before the end of the Initial Term, the Special Offer will terminate as of that date. Any accrued or outstanding fees will be invoiced in accordance with the Agreement, the AI Agents Hub Terms & Conditions and Guesty’s Terms of Service.
  4. Exclusions
    1. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion, or special pricing, unless Guesty agrees otherwise in writing.
    2. Guesty retains sole discretion to set the standard fees for the Guesty AI Package, which may change from time to time. Guesty may offer the Promotion based on specific criteria, including the geographic location of the Participant’s properties and business, and may exclude locations where any product of the Guesty AI Package is not available.
    3. The Promotion does not cover any third-party fees or charges that may apply.
  5. Modification and Termination
    1. Guesty may amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion.
    2. Guesty may disqualify any Participant whom it determines has breached these Terms, provided inaccurate information, or acted to undermine the integrity of the Promotion.
    3. Guesty will not be liable to any Participant for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Promotion.
  6. Other Terms
    1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Guesty and the Participant regarding the Promotion, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings related to the Promotion.
    2. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and these Terms, the Agreement shall prevail.
    3. All capitalized terms not defined in these Terms have the meanings given in the Agreement and Guesty’s Terms of Service.
