- Introduction.
1.1. Welcome to Guesty’s AI Agents Hub! By accessing or using the Guesty AI Agents Hub (“Agent Hub”), you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
1.2. The Agent Hub includes the following Guesty features (“Guesty AI Package”): (i) Guesty Price Optimizer (“GPO”); and (iii) Auto Reply.
- Acceptable Use.
2.1. You will not use the Agent Hub and will not knowingly permit the use of the Agent Hub in a manner inconsistent with all applicable laws and regulations (including those related to privacy and security) and your agreements with third parties.
2.2. You will not use the Agent Hub or knowingly permit the use of the Agent Hub in a manner that is fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, misleading, or in any manner harmful to, or intended to harm, any person or third party.
2.3. You are accountable for keeping your information secure. You are also liable for any activity that occurs while using the Agent Hub, such as any changes, additions, or deletions made by you while using the Agent Hub.
- The Agent Hub.
3.1. The Agent Hub is a suite of artificial intelligence agents configured to operate continuously and autonomously within your Guesty account. The Agent Hub includes certain features, alongside other current or future AI-driven capabilities.
3.2. Certain features execute automated actions on your behalf. You are solely responsible for setting, reviewing, and maintaining the specific operational parameters and guardrails for Agent Hub features.
3.3. You are responsible for actions, communications, and decisions resulting from guardrails, configurations, or instructions selected, enabled, or managed by you, as further described in the AI Use Policy.
3.4. Agent Hub features are provided without warranty of specific outcomes (such as, but not limited to, financial gains, OTA rankings, or dispute resolutions), and Guesty shall not be liable for any lost revenue, missed bookings, incorrect automated replies, or negative guest experiences arising from their use.
3.5. If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feature requests for new AI agents or improvements to the Agent Hub by selecting the Request an Agent button (“Additional Agent/s“), you hereby grant Guesty a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, implement, modify, adapt, commercialize, and incorporate such Additional Agent/s into the Agent Hub or any other Guesty products and services, without any restriction, compensation, credit, or attribution to you.
- Pricing and Payment.
4.1. By using the Guesty AI Package, you agree to pay all applicable fees that you agreed to upon subscription and/or under your contract.
4.2. The Guesty AI Package fee will be calculated incrementally, according to the following pricing grid of active listings in the account in each applicable billing cycle, with reduced fees applying only to new listings within the next tier:

4.3. Guesty may, at its discretion, offer a trial or discount period for the Guesty AI Package (the “Trial Period“). During the Trial Period, users will have access to the Guesty AI Package under these Terms. Following the Trial Period, the standard fees as outlined in the contract or the subscription plan will apply. Guesty reserves the right to modify or terminate the trial offer at any time without prior notice.
4.4. In the event you add new listing/s during the current subscription period, you will be billed at the beginning of each month for the pro-rated fee for the number of new listings in the previous month, together with payment for the total number of listings for the following month.
4.5. You may deactivate listing(s) during the current subscription period, and the deactivated listing(s) will not incur charges on the next subscription period.
4.6. Upon cancellation of the Guesty AI Package, Guesty may charge you for all fees and payments due through the end of the applicable monthly subscription period. Additionally, standard rates for GPO, in accordance with the GPO Terms & Conditions and Auto Reply, shall automatically apply, effective as of the date of such cancellation.
4.7. Guesty may increase fees at any time, at its sole discretion.
4.8. Fees are displayed in USD by default. If a Customer selects a different currency, different usage fees may apply.
4.9. Upon termination of the Agent Hub, the Customer’s account, any accrued or outstanding fees will be invoiced and charged as per the standard billing procedures.
- Other terms.
5.1 Guesty may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Agent Hub after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
5.2 Guesty’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Use Policy and GPO Terms & Conditions are incorporated into and supplement these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Terms of Service, these Terms will prevail.
5.3 In case of conflict between the Customer’s agreement with Guesty and these Terms, the Customer’s agreement shall prevail.
