Please read these terms carefully and in full. They contain conditions and restrictions on the availability and eligibility of the Guesty promotional offer Free Onboarding Sale.
Introduction
The Guesty promotional offer is made available to you by Guesty, wholly subject to the Guesty Terms and Conditions and Guesty Privacy Policy).
Promotional Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Free Onboarding Sale promotional offer (the “Promotion“), which provides complimentary standard implementation services for eligible Guesty Pro customers who sign up between May 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026. Standard onboarding services offered under this Promotion have a typical list price of up to USD $5,000, depending on customer configuration and needs. The Promotion is subject to these Terms.
Eligibility
The Promotion is exclusively available to:
- New customers of Guesty Pro who sign a Guesty Pro subscription agreement during the period between May 1, 2026, and May 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period“).
- To qualify for this Promotion, the Guesty Pro subscription agreement must be fully executed (signed by both parties) by May 31, 2026.
- This Promotion does not apply to:
- Enterprise clients*
- Accounts requiring complex customization
- Customers with implementation needs beyond standard implementation services as determined by Guesty
Promotion Details
Standard Implementation Services
For eligible customers, the Promotion includes the following complimentary standard implementation services:
- Initial platform setup and configuration
- Property and listing import (standard templates)
- Basic channel connections (subject to channel eligibility and approval)
- Standard training sessions as determined by Guesty
- Access to Guesty’s implementation support resources
- Standard data migration from common property management systems
Excluded Services
The following services are not included in the complimentary standard implementation and may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to, inter alia, the following:
- Enterprise-level implementations involving large portfolios, complex organizational structures, or extensive stakeholder coordination
- Complex customization, including but not limited to:
- Custom API integrations
- Advanced workflow automation beyond standard templates
- Custom reporting or dashboard development
- Complex legacy system data migration requiring specialized transformation
- Multi-brand or white-label configurations
- Custom channel connections or integrations
- Specialized payment gateway integrations
- Custom security or compliance requirements
- Extended training programs or on-site training
- Dedicated implementation resources or expedited timelines
Custom Quotes for Excluded Customers
For customers who do not qualify for the Promotion due to Enterprise status or complex customization requirements:
- Guesty will provide a custom implementation quote tailored to the customer’s specific needs and complexity.
- The custom quote may include some complimentary standard elements at Guesty’s discretion, with additional services subject to separate fees.
- The scope of any complimentary services and all additional fees will be determined by Guesty in its sole discretion based on an assessment of the customer’s implementation complexity.
Exclusions and Disclaimers:
- The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- The Promotion does not cover any third-party fees or charges that may apply to additional services outside the scope of Guesty add-ons.
- Guesty retains the sole discretion to determine the default add-on prices or ultimate package prices, which may be subject to changes.
- Registration to any channels under the Guesty Distribution Hub (which may be part of the Ultimate Package) is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective channels. Guesty is not responsible for any issues or failures of the customer in the registration process with these channels.
- Guesty, at its discretion, reserves the right to offer the Promotion to any customers based on specific criteria and/or the specific geographical locations of the customer’s properties and activities and to exempt the customers from locations where these products are not available, all at Guesty’s discretion.
Termination and Modification:
Guesty reserves the right to:
- Terminate or modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Suspend the Promotion temporarily if implementation resource capacity is reached, with the right to resume at Guesty’s discretion.
- Extend or shorten the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
Any termination, modification, or suspension of the Promotion may be communicated through Guesty’s standard marketing channels (website, email, sales team notifications), but Guesty shall have no obligation to provide individual notice to prospective customers.
General Terms:
- Guesty reserves the right to disqualify any participant who it determines has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that undermines the integrity or fairness of the Promotion.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Guesty and the participant regarding the Promotion, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings related to the Promotion.
- The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and may be void where prohibited. Guesty reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

* Guesty retains sole discretion to determine whether a customer qualifies as an “Enterprise client” or requires “complex customization” based on factors including but not limited to: portfolio size, property complexity, legacy system integrations, custom workflow requirements, multi-brand structures, advanced API needs, or specialized implementation requirements.
