We are looking for a detail-oriented Collection & Dispute Specialist to join our finance operations team in the Philippines. Reporting to the Collection Lead, you will manage manual collection tasks, investigate payment disputes, and coordinate between our Customer Success and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth collection processes.
Responsibilities
Collections Operations
- Manage weekly follow-ups for overdue accounts through structured, professional written communication.
- Monitor outstanding balances and ensure accounts are consistently tracked and actioned within agreed timelines.
Billing & Dispute Resolution
- Investigate billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account inconsistencies by reviewing invoices, system data, and customer records.
- Support the Collection Lead in preparing clear, structured documentation and summaries for escalations, settlements, or legal review cases.
Cross-Functional Account Coordination
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Billing Operations to resolve account issues, manage payment extension requests, and ensure alignment across customer-facing and finance teams.
Data Integrity & Systems Ownership
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including Renewal Opportunities and Closed Lost statuses.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across Salesforce and Zuora to prevent billing and collection errors.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or Billing Operations.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
- Experience with Zuora or similar billing systems is an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail, especially in financial and system-based data.
- Strong ability to manage recurring operational tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, process-driven environment.
