Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support Rentals United, Guesty's Channel Manager platform. In this role, you will drive go-to-market execution, product positioning, sales enablement, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will help bring new features to market, strengthen competitive positioning, and develop content that supports customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Plan and execute product launches from strategy through post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful launches.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and maintain product messaging and value propositions.
- Create compelling customer-facing content that differentiates Rentals United.
- Produce competitive positioning and messaging to strengthen market presence.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, and product collateral.
- Ensure enablement resources remain accurate, relevant, and effective.
- Measure adoption and continuously improve sales content.
Customer Growth & Retention
- Partner with Customer Success to support retention initiatives.
- Develop messaging and campaigns that drive customer expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Support churn reduction initiatives through targeted enablement.
White Label Marketing
- Lead marketing initiatives for White Label solutions.
- Develop GTM plans, positioning, and enablement materials.
- Support pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Share insights that influence product strategy, messaging, and commercial decisions.
Project Management
- Manage multiple cross-functional marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
Requirements
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
- Experience supporting GTM initiatives, product launches, and messaging.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and measure business impact.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality technology, channel management, or property management systems (PMS).
- Experience with vacation rental technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies.
