The Guesty Affiliate Program enables partners to earn rewards by referring new customers to Guesty. When a referred customer signs up and becomes an active Guesty user, the affiliate may be eligible to receive a commission in accordance with the program’s terms.

The program is open to individuals and businesses that work with, advise, or influence property managers, including content creators, consultants, agencies, property managers, and Guesty users.

Once approved, partners will receive a personal and unique referral link that can be shared with prospective customers. Referrals who sign up through this link are automatically tracked and attributed to the affiliate.

Commissions are calculated based on the size of the referred customer, measured by the number of listings they manage. For Lite referrals, the first active listing earns a $100 commission, and each additional listing earns $50, up to a maximum of $5,000 per referred customer. For Pro referrals, each active listing earns $100, up to a maximum of $10,000 per referred customer. For additional details, please refer to the program’s T&Cs.

Commissions are approved after the referred customer completes the qualification period and becomes an active, paying user on the Guesty platform. Payments are issued according to the program’s payment schedule.

Affiliates have access to a dedicated partner dashboard where they can view referral activity, track referral status, and monitor approved commissions.
