From limited tools to limitless potential
Before switching to Guesty, WonderStay used Hostaway, which fell short on the features that mattered most to a growing, tech-enabled operation. According to WonderStay, Hostaway did not support direct bookings, had limited customization for branding, and offered only a very basic owner portal that didn’t meet WonderStay’s expectations. Communication was slow, and public API functionality—critical for WonderStay’s in-house development needs—was lacking.
