When Adam Beaupre and Neil Litzen couldn’t find a property management company that met their expectations, they built one themselves. Now, just five years later, The Property Managers Company (PMC) manages 80 short-and long-term rentals in Bozeman, Montana, with plans to grow nearly tenfold in the coming years.
“We want to be the largest locally owned property management company in Bozeman,” says Paul Novak, Property Manager at PMC. “And because every member of our team is also a rental property owner, we approach every home like it’s our own.”
