Chaletô began as a side project between friends, and quickly became one of Québec’s fastest-growing short-term rental management companies. What started with just 10 chalets has scaled into 300+ properties across the province.

Hitting 50 listings revealed one set of challenges; reaching 150 brought another. Each phase exposed new bottlenecks in communication, coordination, and visibility. By the time Chaletô surpassed 200 listings, it was clear: manual workflows couldn’t sustain quality or pace.

To protect guest ratings, they adopted Review analysis, enabling quick intervention when a listing needed attention. Finally, with 300+ listings, their direct booking engine became a vital driver of growth—running on Guesty’s back-end while their new website delivered a refreshed front-end.
