The platform connects travelers with locals who share their interests and passions so that they can get insider travel tips from people who know the city and like what they like.
Property managers can customize the app to showcase their branding, utilize it for upsell opportunities and push alerts from Cool Cousins to guests through their preferred communication channels, be it SMS, Email, Facebook Messenger or your booking sites.
How the integration works: Cool cousin will pull Guesty listings and use this information to create custom guides for your guests.
LSI Work Order Tool
A company is only as efficient as all of its moving parts, which is why short-term property managers need to have an organized and clear way of coordinating with their field staff. LSI’s Work Order Tool is just that, offering customizable and color-coded real-time status updates, the ability to filter work orders by status, date, property, vendor or urgency, seamless communication via notes that can be added to work orders and so much more. The platform is mobile-friendly and allows users to upload relevant documents or photos with ease.
How the integration works: LSI Work Order Tool will retrieve listings and calendars from Guesty, enabling users to easily assign work orders to existing listings while taking calendar availability into account.
BagsAway
Want to help your guests explore their travel destination pre-checkin and post-checkout? Those hours between checkout and their flight departure can be a real drag if they’re weighed down by all their luggage. With BagsAway, you can offer guests a simple solution and fully automate the process of finding local storage locations near your properties.
How the integration works: BagsAway will pull reservations from Guesty and send out an automated message to the guest offering luggage storage options.
