Guesty is committed to creating a positive service experience for all its customers. In accordance with this commitment and international accessibility standards, the Company implements accessibility adjustments on relevant consumer-facing features and guest-facing portals. Our goal is to provide efficient service to guests and customers with disabilities through these specific digital interfaces.
Accessibility Arrangements in the Office
There is no customer service at the Company’s offices. All service and support are provided through our accessible digital channels.
Accessible Software
Accessibility adjustments have been implemented on relevant consumer-facing parts of Guesty’s software to enable people with disabilities and older adults to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all other users.
These specific features comply with international and regional requirements, including the European Standard EN 301 549, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and have been adapted according to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568).
Standards: These relevant features meet the accessibility requirements of the W3C organization at Level AA (WCAG 2.1) and were developed according to W3C standards for CSS and HTML.
Compatibility: The software is compatible with various browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, Safari), including browsing on mobile devices.
Testing: These features have been tested with the latest version of the NVDA screen reader.
Key Accessibility Features
Keyboard Navigation: All actions on relevant consumer-facing parts of the platform can be performed using a keyboard, including the use of Tab, Enter, and Shift+Tab.
Visual & Screen Reader Adjustments: These features include proper heading structures, alternative text for images, and the use of ARIA attributes to enhance screen reader interpretation.
