Meet Operto Teams

After running her own vacation rental business in the Seattle destination resort town of Leavenworth, Washington, Jill Mason, a software engineer and serial entrepreneur, saw the need for an automated solution to manage her staff. 

In 2017 Operto Teamsr was born with the mission to make operations more efficient.  Jill continued to collaborate with other like minded, local companies that serve vacation rental businesses to iterate and improve the platform. Today, the product is  a solution for scheduling and tracking staff and tasks around the entire vacation rental workflow.

Property managers that use Guesty can add Operto Teams to their tech stack through the Guesty Marketplace. Reservations are synced from Guesty to Operto Teams in real-time.  

Tasks in Operto Teams can be auto-scheduled and assigned, as well as quickly adjusted on the drag and drop scheduling calendar. In the field, staff dashboards work both offline and on and enable office staff full visibility into field operations.  

Property statuses are synced back into Guesty so staff can communicate with guests without logging into multiple systems.
