In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling our paid acquisition efforts, diversifying our channel mix, and driving significant growth in qualified leads and opportunities. You'll lead strategy, execution, and optimization for performance marketing campaigns, translating complex data into actionable insights and innovative creative strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across a diverse range of platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, display networks.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management, daily optimization, and continuous A/B testing of all assigned paid campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and achieve lead and conversion targets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and scale. 
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets tailored to specific platforms and audience segments. Drive iterative creative testing.
  • Manage significant advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting key insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, competitor strategies, and best practices in the PPC landscape.


Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing significant budgets in performance marketing, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills: Proficient in data analysis, comfortable with complex datasets, Ability to derive actionable insights from data is crucial.
  • Experience in conceptualizing, testing, and iterating on diverse ad creatives such as video, static, animated banners for various platforms.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Solid experience with at least 1-2 additional major advertising platforms beyond Google/Meta (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms, native advertising).
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle metrics 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
