People Team Junior Coordinator (Temporary)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to join our People team for a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will support our People team by helping maintain employee data and records within the Hibob system, carry out people related projects and analyze people data, per need.

*Please Note that this is a Temporary position for 8 months *
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and updates in Hibob accurately and on time.
- Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Help coordinate internal events, including contacting suppliers, comparing costs, and assisting with logistics and decorations.
- Generate basic reports and assist with HR data needs as requested.
- Support day-to-day People operations and administrative tasks.
- Support the COO with calendar management and scheduling needs (approximately 25% of the role), ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and availability.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Outlook, Docs, and Slides
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and reliable data
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with confidential data and applying good judgment
- Basic understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle
Advantage:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles
- Hands-on experience with an HR system — Hibob is a strong advantage
