Responsibilities
- Setting up meetings with the prospective partners and presenting product/service demos
- Track, analyse and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Prospect and achieve a quarterly quota objective of new Standard and White Label PMS partners
- Achieve revenue targets for new business
- Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both
- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and align needs
- Define partnership/market requirements, produce a qualitative and quantitative analysis of product/program performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities
- Create yearly revenue forecasts and closely follow agreed KPIs
- Be the main point of contact for white label PMS’s and service providers
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients
- Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organisation to achieve better results
- Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
- Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate.
- Reporting and reviewing performance
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnership development programs

- Keep a record of the prospects and leads in our database
- Work with different CRM systems and organize the daily records in order to keep the track of the full sales cycle
- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development
- Establishing new business links
- Represent Rentals United in external meetings with senior executives, both internally and externally.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with top WL PMS
Requirements
Required education and experience:
- Proficiency in English, any other language business level will be a plus (1 of 4 RU main langs)
- Prior sales or similar experience in the rental industry
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and data analysis, mainly for reporting and documentation
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
- Fast learning ability and process-driven
- Good presentation skills
- Basic IT knowledge in API/XML connections
- Data analysis and decision making

Preferred Education and experience:
- Understanding of Vacation Rental Business, Property Management Software, Vacation Rental Sites, or Online Travel agencies
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
