We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Commercial Analyst to join our RevOps team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in analyzing and optimizing the commercial performance of our business. You will help identify growth opportunities, improve retention, and support strategic initiatives with insights derived from business data.
Responsibilities
- Own the tracking and reporting of key business KPIs.
- Monitor business and sales performance, providing deep analysis and actionable insights to stakeholders — including generating and refining reports from Salesforce and Looker.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and models to evaluate the impact and ROI of commercial initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to align commercial goals with broader company strategy.
- Extract and analyze data to support executive reporting, strategic planning, and forecasting cycles.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS company in roles related to Business/Commercial Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Development, investment banking, or Strategy.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets, including complex functions and data visualization— a must.
- Experience working with Salesforce, including building and analyzing reports and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business metrics (e.g., Net Revenue Retention, ARR/MRR, churn).
- Self-starter and executor able to make an immediate impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication skills — able to present findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Background in hospitality or the short-term rental industry.
- Fluent in English - a must.
