Responsibilities
We’re looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to break new ground at Rentals United. This isn’t a plug-and-play role — you’ll be operating with minimal support, and that’s by design. Your mission is to prove the value of the BDR function at Rentals United, demonstrate clear revenue impact, and help define the BDR strategy and standard operating procedures from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and partnerships.
- Drive pipeline growth and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to build and refine outreach cadences and targeting.
- Test and iterate messaging, reporting what works and what doesn’t.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot.
- Help shape the BDR playbook: workflows, cadences, tools, and reporting.
- Track key metrics (e.g. response rates, meetings booked, conversions) and use data to improve.
Be a strategic voice in developing a scalable BDR model for Rentals United.
Requirements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in a BDR role, ideally within SaaS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Track record of exceeding pipeline generation targets.
- Fluency with HubSpot is nice to have.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, adaptable, and eager to build something new.
- You thrive in a low-structure, high-autonomy environment.
- A passion for the short-term rental or hospitality space is a plus.
- Additional languages (Spanish, French)
