Keegan Cotton, Director of Customer Success, Americas and APAC at Guesty, began the discussion with information on last-minute summer booking patterns and data on the immense growth Guesty users are experiencing year-on-year. Following this, we heard from a panel of experts: Jeremy Gall, Co-Founder and CEO of Breezeway; and Jean-Paul Godfroy, Founder and CEO of Huswell. During the discussion, our panellists discussed how a property care and operations platform helped them to deliver the best guest experience and to scale at large, the impact of utilizing tech solutions, as well as which tech stack change had the greatest impact.
