This inspiring virtual meetup featured some of the leading thinkers in hospitality, who explained to users how to take that first step to being truly high-season ready. From utilizing data on booking patterns to acing guest communication, this meetup helped users to get the most out of the busy season ahead.

Matthew Olarsch, Direct of Customer Success for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) at Guesty, began the discussion with information on spring and summer booking patterns, and guest communication strategies with an emphasis on Guesty’s communication features, such as automated messages and GCS (Guesty Customer Service). Following this, we heard from a panel of experts: Melanie Brown, Director of Data & Analytics at Key Data; Chris Carlone, Co-Founder & CEO at Turnify; and Manoli Gonzalez, Guest Services Operations Manager at Angel Host. During the discussion, our panelists revealed the latest travel data, solutions to common pain points, what rate plans to implement to attract bookings, and how to deal with this influx of bookings.
