Guesty, one of the fastest-growing startups in TLV is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our amazing team!
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and maintain the calendar of C-level executive, including appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings
- Provide executive and administrative support
- Responsible for organizing travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while traveling, and expense reports.
- Drafting and writing high-quality reports and presentations
- Acting as a point of contact for investors, partners, clients, and employees.
Requirements:
- Discretion and trust worthiness-you will often be exposed to confidential information
- Calm character, able to prioritize and ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English & Hebrew–spoken and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Well organized with an understanding of priorities and changing demand
- Preparation of presentations at the highest level
- Great team player
