Guesty is looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy, experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in our Santa Monica Offices! The Customer Success Manager role is critical for our customers as you will help them to reach their business goals and to be their point of contact for all product related needs, ensuring revenue growth, retention and overall success use of our innovative product. ●     Manage relationships and become a trusted adviser to Guesty’s important customers

●     Become an expert on the Guesty Platform

●     Troubleshoot technical problems

●     Understand the customer business drivers that will increase engagement with Guesty’s product offerings

●     Recommend solutions & best practices to address specific customer business needs

●     Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns about all Guesty Product and Services

●     Advocate on behalf of the customer to drive product enhancements

●     Develop and manage success plans to maximize customer growth and retention  

●     Onboard new customers to the Guesty platform

●     Deliver training on new and existing features

●     Provide tech sales support for customers who are evaluating the Guesty offerings

●     Customer Support/Customer Success/Account Management Experience

●     Strong technical acumen and deep analytical skills

●     Strong Client and internal communication skills

●     Eager and quick to learn new products and technologies

●     Friendly, Patient and Professional demeanor

●     Ability to multitask - managing multiple accounts and priorities

●     Passionate about client success

●     Available for a multi-week training program in Israel

●     Willingness to travel occasionally to clients in the US and to the R&D center in Israel
