We are looking for a Head of Growth to join our vibrant and exciting team in Tel Aviv

As the Head of Growth Marketing reporting to the Director of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy, collaborating across teams to identify opportunities to drive growth, reporting on performance and managing the team’s effectiveness. You will work closely with other arms of the Marketing Team along with Sales to achieve big results as we enter into an exciting phase of our company’s life cycle.

Responsibilities

●    Plan, manage and execute Guesty’s growth strategy.

●    Build and implement a growth marketing plan in line with overall business objectives.

●    Execute longer-term, strategic goals as well as quick wins to achieve targets

●    Utilize data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing. effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.

●    Build dashboards for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs related to growth and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs.

●    Create growth opportunities with new activities.

●    Work closely with the SDR team, lead initiatives, and provide ongoing analysis and input.

Requirements

●    3-5 years of marketing experience in growth positions with technology companies, preferably B2B oriented - managing a team of 3+ people.

●    Managerial experience in demand generation and a proven track record of success.

●    You have a strong experience in performance marketing (SEO, SEM).

●    Demonstrated experience in growing web traffic and converting visitors into qualified leads.

●    Knows the ins & outs of email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation (preference to HubSpot), and web analytics.

●    Experience in running an ABM program for a B2B company.

●    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

●    Experienced in working with marketing and analytics tools and campaign management tools, preferably Monday.

●    Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, technical ability.

●    Experience managing marketing professionals and vendors to achieve key business metrics.

●    Excellent spoken and written English.

●    Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
