As the Market Business Lead at Guesty, you will be in charge of expanding our marketplace, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new partners, strengthening existing relationships and executing innovative strategies to increase partner adoption and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition: Identify and acquire new SaaS companies and service providers that align with our marketplace strategy and provide value to our users.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success. Monitor commercial terms, explore opportunities for partnership expansion, and develop new commercial models.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by increasing partner adoption and promoting cross-selling opportunities. Establish and track referral programs to generate direct revenue from partners.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase partner adoption and promote their services to our user base. Collaborate with the marketing team to create joint marketing campaigns and leverage partner advocacy.
- Main KPIs: Expanding partners and offerings, driving revenue through the marketplace, and generating leads via partners.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, including a proven track record in partner relationship management, marketplace management, project management and business development.
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- Experience working with marketplace platforms is a significant advantage.
- Strong accountability and the ability to take ownership
- Proven ability to execute on projects and deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
