Guesty is looking for a passionate HR Business Partner for our Cebu team to join our truly amazing HR team and make our team’s personal and business success a top priority. The role includes being fully dedicated to our people, their managers, their growth, and our HR processes. The position will partner closely with employees and leaders to enable organizational success.

Responsibilities


  • Helping our team grow in numbers by recruiting top talent.
  • To strengthen business performance through culture, talent, engagement, and organizational strategies. 
  • Be a strategic partner to the management team and work closely with managers.
  • Take full ownership over employees’ lifecycle. This includes leading feedback and evaluation processes, employee development plans, onboarding, and offboarding processes, etc.
  • Proactively partner and collaborate across the global HR organization, share information, and provide thought leadership and a solution-oriented direction to optimize the business value of the HR function
  • Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records 
  • Work with Finance, Payroll and Legal, and other service providers
  • Liaise with local government agencies when needed
  • Manage additional HR, Facilities, Admin, and Recruitment personnel as needed
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time 


Requirements

  • 3+ years as an HRBP
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Strong research and analysis abilities. Data-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker, collaborative.
  • Creative problem solver and decision maker.
