For those of you who don’t know, Guesty’s Integrations Marketplace is where our users go to connect their Guesty accounts to a wide array of management resources, including booking channels, home automation systems, keyless entry services, dynamic pricing tools, payment processors, cleaning and maintenance management software, guest experience solutions and even financing companies.
This means everything – literally, everything – our clients need to run their businesses is right there on the Guesty platform, a one-stop-shop for all things property management.
Integrating with new channels is not always a simple process, but since it’s a sure way to boost your occupancy and revenue, Guesty wants to encourage you to do so by making it as straightforward as possible.
In our new Marketplace, users will benefit from step-by-step guidance and explanations through each and every stage of the connection, whether they’re integrating with Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor Rentals or any other booking platform that can bring their properties to new audiences.
But wait, there’s more! No two channels are the same and so clients often don’t know what to expect regarding the integration process. Guesty is working to standardize the integration flow across all channels so that there are no more surprises.

It can be tricky keeping track of it all, so we’re giving you a clear view of all of your channel standings. At a glance, you’ll be able to clearly see the number of properties that are listed, pending, failed or simply not connected for each and every channel.
You’ll also receive helpful calls to action, asking if you’d like to sync unconnected listings with a particular channel.
